The NATO Modelling & Simulation – Centre of Excellence takes the privacy of your information very seriously and has decided to elevate the level of protection of your personal data also by taking into account the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.
All the personal data you are requested to provide will be processed in accordance with the following rules:
• Personal data are collected exclusively for the purpose of attending and gaining access to the event / workshop / conference / seminar /course and managed by the individuals clearly stated in the Event’s Organizing Committee section;
• The NATO M&S COE will not share or disclose any personal information.
• The personal data requested is the minimum set of information necessary for the purpose of the event; No extra unnecessary information is requested;
• The individual’s personal information is protected by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as by any unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification;
• At any time, the undersigned person can withdraw his or her consent to process his or her data;
• Inaccurate personal data can be rectified when requested, taking into account the purposes of the processing;
• The undersigned person can, at any time, ask for the erasure of his or her personal data when the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or when the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based.
• In case of events organized in conjunction with other military organizations, individual’s personal data will be accessed and managed, solely for the purpose of the event, by the managers clearly stated in the Event’s Organizing Committee section.
I explicitly provide my consent for the above personal data to be processed by the event’s organizing committee members in accordance with the aforementioned rules.
I am aware that I can request the total or partial delete of my personal data whenever I wish, sending an explicit request to the NATO M&S COE at the address: dataprotection@mscoe.org.
