The NATO Modelling & Simulation Centre of Excellence Earns NATO Quality Assurance Accreditation
We are proud to announce that the NATO Modelling & Simulation Centre of Excellence earned NATO’s Quality Assurance Accreditation Certificate, receiving the highest possible rating, Unconditional Accreditation, from the Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (SACT). The processes and operations of the NATO M&S COE were identified as aligned with NATO Quality Standards in producing high quality NATO Education and Training.
Valid until 8 July 2024, this accreditation was earned after a team of SACT Quality Assurance experts conducted an on-site visit in October 2017. This outstanding achievement is the result of continued efforts by the centre to set the conditions for quality improvements to our education programs and the overall processes and procedures of the COE.
As an immediate result of earning Unconditional Accreditation is that courses delivered by the NATO M&S COE (namely the NATO Modelling & Simulation Basic Course and the NATO CAX Specialist Certification Course) that were previously certified as “Selected” are now certified as “Approved”. This change will be reflected in NATO’s Education and Training Opportunities Catalogue.
