NATO CAX Specialist Certification Course is back in residential mode
From the 12th to the 16th of July 2021 in the “Adriano De Cicco” barracks in Rome, the NATO Modelling & Simulation Centre Of Excellence (NATO M&S COE), with the cooperation of the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC), conducted the 13th edition of the NATO CAX Specialist Certification Course.
The purpose of this course was to prepare the NATO and National CAX specialists to be part of the Response Cell of major NATO exercises.
This course was the first one to be conducted in presence again by the NATO M&S COE, after the 2020 course’s cancellation due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.
The course was held with a reduced number of participants in order to respect the highest level of safety measures. A step forward to the post COVID-19 “normality”!
LTC Bradley KOERNER (US Army), the NATO M&S COE Deputy Director, during his introductory message, stated: “Thanks to the cooperation with the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC), our Center of Excellence is fully committed in the continuous improvement process of its current courses, using all the available tools at national and NATO level”.
